Krondorf Kings Mantle Shiraz 2022

As the name suggests, this is really the result of selecting the very best fruit from the individual vineyards Krondorf sources from throughout the Barossa Valley. The colour is deep and dark red with hints of blackiness about it. The aroma has a spicy, plush, liquored plumminess about, with even hints of stewed fruit. The palate is absolutely joyous. It’s plush, luxurious, and generous, with immense and deep flavours. Dark chocolate, dark fruits, a little savoury mocha character. And firm, chalky tannins sit harmoniously within its framework. Exceptional wine. And yep, you can drink it now, but it does have plenty of time in the cellar.
