Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir puts on one classy display of vibrant cherry, red berry fruit in this youngster just released. It’s all about the fruit, the aromatics and the spice all rolled into one delightfully crisp and inviting Pinot package. Very fresh and immediate in red cherry, red fruits, spice, hints of rose petal and potpourri aromatics and a dusting of spices with a touch of blood orange skin. A smooth, inviting texture is nicely woven across the middle palate, supple in tannin and bright in acidity. Love the overall delicacy of detail on show.
