Pear, walnut and fennel frond open the aromas followed by freshening notes of lemon pith, spring blossoms and green apple. It’s quite lifted with the nutty and floral notes adding dimension around the fruit. The palate is bright, fresh and fruit-led with a nice burst of lemon pith, lemon peel, and green apple, supported by pear, fennel and green almond. Lovely ample texture wrapping around it all with a pithy acid line cleaning up the finish. Good summer drinking here, and a steal at $27.
