Mandoleto Pinot Grigio 2019

Share

Bargain Italian Pinot Grigio is hard to find with the cheaper versions often having little or no flavour – you may as well be drinking water. So this is a real find as it has plenty of power. It opens up with classic pear and citrus fruits with a nice touch of nutty complexity that provides a little Italian personality. It is then dry and tangy, with long and generous fruit plus a slightly creamy texture which gives this wine some serious food matching versatility. Sure, it will match up with antipasto but also has the weight for spaghetti marinara.
