Purple Hands Shiraz 2020

Share

Here is a good value, crowd pleasing Barossan for your next dinner party sourced from the Stansborough Vineyard in WIlliamstown. Despite its deep colour, the wine starts on the shy side and takes a little while to get going, so best if you get it in a decanter for half an hour before drinking. It’s chock full of lush dark fruits – fruit pastilles, blood plums, and jubey aromatics. There is then a delightful fullness and richness to the palate which has great upfront impact before a long and supple finish. Balanced tannins round out the package and provide a good base for enjoyment over the medium term.
