Lipstick, scorched earth, cured meats, roasted root vegetables, hints of toasted fennel seed, and blood orange. Lots of layers extending the solid dried cherry, raspberry and rose core. Bespoke balance and integration across the palate; assertive tannins as expected with rich braised flavours and a familiar refinement. Seriously complex and polished finish.
