Miners Ridge AT Shiraz 2022

This Shiraz, made with fruit from the Grampians and Great Western, has plenty of weight to it with a generous serve of ripe blackberry aromas topped with cocoa, dried sage and spice. Good tension and weight while chalky acidity and sinewy tannins provide a solid backbone. A little tight but will open out nicely with meaty dishes.
