Sidewood Estate Pinot Noir 2025

Share

Sidewood Estate is somewhat obsessive about its collection of Adelaide Hills Pinots – clonal delineations, site variations and winemaking inputs all in play across several iterations. Here we have an overture, a gathering of many key elements in one glass, red and blue fruits, cherries, blueberries, bouquet garni, florals, a spray of chinotto. You might find yourself dwelling over the multiple melodies, when really you should simply pour and enjoy without fuss beside Peking Duck or mushroom risotto. Decent complexity, too, at this price.
