Mr. Riggs Regional Series Outpost Coonawarra Cabernet 2023

A vintage not without its challenges in Coonawarra, and yet with astute vineyard management, selecting only the best fruit, the result is impressive. It’s a typically stylish and elegant style of wine, with the floral, blackcurrant and slightly leafy combination on the nose to open. Palate displays good, deep, concentrated fruit held with a slightly firmish tannin that holds the line through to the finish. It’s a wine that you could happily cellar for a few more years.
