Paracombe Plateau Pinot Noir 2022

Share

Sunshine in a strawberry patch, this opens with sunkissed strawberries, peach tea and nettle. The wild nature of whole bunch means the wine is layered with pops of violet and Acai, followed by dried oregano, creamy milk chocolate and tanned leather. Some rooibos tea and fine cinnamon dust. Once again this allows for those that seek the entire aromatic mosaic of Pinot Noir. With bottle age adding its curves, turned earth and soft light filter across the wine. Drink with rabbit stew if you can get your hands on some.
