Stella Bella Suckfizzle Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A penetrating Cabernet varietal intensity is on display here. It’s something to behold with plenty of polish and concentration in the glass and all in a wine still so young. Undergrowth, tilled earth, the blackest of fruits and violet floral aromas. Steps up a gear on a firm palate laid out across long, fine-grained tannins. Brings wild berries and anise into the frame alongside blueberries, earth, leaf, spice, cocoa powder with a nice undertow of cedar, vanilla pod following through. Well measured now but probably more for future enjoyment.
