A barrel selection of the finest Shiraz parcels in the Gomersal vineyard, matured in French oak only, 25% new and 25% puncheon. Deep garnet colour in the glass with intense oak spice, vanilla, FruChocs and butterscotch aromas. Fine-grained, silty tannins make a prominence on the densely flavoured palate. Full-bodied, yet it has a soft power to it where the flavours carry on and on!
