Nightfall Draco Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

This wonderful Cabernet has been made with tender love and care from the start. It was handpicked and carefully sorted to ensure the fruit began its winery journey in perfect condition. It was chosen as the best Cabernet parcel of the vintage and interestingly was then matured in a mix of French and American oaks. The combination clearly works with the fleshy blackcurrant dominance showing through. The palate is structured with a firm chalky core supporting lively fruit intensity.
