Some nigella and black sesame, meets cold drip coffee and dried thyme. Tannins engaged the nicely timed pick of fruit and acidity sails through without causing too many ripples. It’s a wine that has got to know itself and is confident and assured. Drink now but put some aside for a rainy day say in 8-10 years. A wine for decanting and enjoying with a bloody steak and fat chips.
