Olivers Taranga Corrina’s Shiraz Cabernet 2023

Share

A sleek wine that manifests its happy marriage of the two varieties. Here they are sailing together rather than standing apart, black cherries, two tone mulberries and thistle. Some nigella and black sesame, meets cold drip coffee and dried thyme. Tannins engaged the nicely timed pick of fruit and acidity sails through without causing too many ripples. It’s a wine that has got to know itself and is confident and assured. Drink now but put some aside for a rainy day say in 8-10 years. A wine for decanting and enjoying with a bloody steak and fat chips.
