This vibrant 2021 Shiraz jumps out of the glass with its cherry liquer, dusty spice aromas backed by meat stocks and manicured oak. Fleshy plum skin flavours are nimble and well pitched in a mid weight style with a pool of well integrated tannins and attractive touches of pouch tobacco to finish.
