Paracombe Somerville Shiraz 2015

Share

Held under natural cork, this is a  witches brew of satsuma plums, raspberry commode and sandalwood. There is billy tea and gumnut, dark clay and clove spice. There is red fruit that opens graciously on the palate, persimmon and rhubarb. Tannins are achingly soft and milk chocolate and cinnamon curls round up the finish. This is in its age of soft spice and mocha, coffee notes, perhaps a wine to enjoy around a fire with good friends. Drink Now.
