It makes absolute sense to blend Coonawarra Cabernet and Barossa Shiraz from an outstanding vintage. Deep dark colours, there’s plenty of intensity on the nose with notes of spice, blueberry and blackcurrant. The palate is smooth and velvety with nice oak integration. The black cherry flavours emerge more prominently on the palate. A wine for enjoying over the next few years.
