Passel Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Share

It’s a nice surprise to see a current release at five years of age. The colour is somewhat more garnet than expected but the palate shows concentrated blackcurrant, earthy, tobacco and dried mushroom. Classic Cabernet characters with chewy tannins and a beguiling silkiness on the palate with leafy notes adding freshness. Structured from start to finish with pretty fruit supporting the long chewy finish.
