From their Thomas Block, one of the cooler sites in McLaren Vale, fermentation is in stainless steel and biodynamic principles are employed. Pale straw hue with some attractive stonefruit notes evident. A touch of pear with dry herbs, florals and a flick of citrus. This is a punchy style of Gris, full of flavour, with medium length and good weight. An attractive summer drinking wine, now and for the next couple of years.
