This 2021 Shiraz offers up rich and polished aromas of chocolate, blackberry, and fruit pastilles with toasty oak in support. Great upfront intensity, and retains seamless composure through to a long, streamlined finish. This classy wine is held together by a solid base of tannins, with oak a touch heavy right now but a couple of years will see it right.
