Pewsey Vale The Contours Riesling 2015

This Eden Valley legend is back and in great form. Made from a single South-facing vineyard, which turned 50 in 2015, it comes from one of the cooler parts of the Pewsey Vale property which helps the wine to age well.

It is in peak condition right now with its delicious combination of youthful pear and apple fruits that are topped by honey and buttered toast. Dry and compact on the palate – concentrated fruits sit around a strong core of acidity that provides focus and drives a long and strong finish. Despite showing some age, it is still filled with vitality and finely balanced making this an exceptional example of aged Eden Valley Riesling.
