Definitely one of the picks from the range, this is a New South Wales Central Ranges Shiraz made in the organic style. The colour is a deep ruby russet. Quite a savoury style with earthy notes, mushrooms, coffee grinds, mulberries, licorice and soy. A flick of oak. A wine of medium length with very fine tannins, there is a line of bright acidity.
