Pine Drive Vineyards Pine Drive Stella Grenache 2021

Raspberry, pomegranate juice and rhubarb stem. Tonka bean, milk chocolate and terra cotta. Coffee grinds, treacle and cinnamon quill. A slight sweetness of fruit on the middle palate and fresh raspberries are developing into a compote. This is showing its sweet spice of oak and acidity has begun to soften and yield. Drinking well now and a wine that would look beautiful beside a Filipino pork Adobo.
