Pirathon Clare Valley Riesling 2025

This first-class Riesling has been sourced from three different blocks on the Gaelic cemetery vineyard and really does capture so much of what the Clare Valley is all about. There’s precision, intensity, and a cutting drive, with a lemony, spicy character. There’s a subtle lemony grapefruit-like pettiness, which adds some textural feel in the mid-palate, but it’s then harnessed and focused through to a long finish. Terrific wine.
