Poacher’s Ridge Single Estate Shiraz 2020

Brilliant example of a cool climate Shiraz in what was a pretty good year. Lifted notes of black pepper and black olive with a plush plummy richness. The palate is soft and supple with grainy tannins and oak in support. That cool climate pepperiness emerges, especially on the palate which is well integrated and balanced throughout.
