Precious Little Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir 2024

This is a Pinot Noir of considerable class, colour, it’s a brilliant bright crimson, and it’s been created with a high percentage of whole bunch ferments and extended cold soaking to build in some structure and highlight the aromatics. The oak is largely fairly neutral, big format French puncheons, and the result is an earthy, fine, slightly spicy, and faintly truffly wine of real character. The texture is silky, soft, yet there is that fine, precise acidity which defines it.
