It has made for a fun and fruity style of sparkling wine that is perfect for sipping over lunch thanks to its aromatic pear and floral fruits under which there is just a touch of nutty lees characters. It’s then generous, creamy and ever so slightly sweet on the palate with citrus and tropical fruits to finish. Chill it down and drink it up with salty snacks.
