Gullyview Estate Lot Two Three Watervale Riesling 2025

Share

A fragrant wine with apple tones against a core of yellow citrus. Pomelo and backyard lemons. It is cordial in its balance, with bright acidity nicely worked into the flesh of the wine. Supple and succulent, finishing dry but with last tree fruit flavours. This is perfect pick me up, energized Riesling that will work well on a hot day or with some poached prawns on white rolls. Drink now or will cellar further for 3-5 years.
