Purple Hands Colours of the South Pinot Blanc 2020

Poached pear, stewed apple puree with lingering young ginger and white florals Pinot Blanc, often overlooked, is a wine fit for many an entrée or main course with a slight pithey edge that lends way to almost savoury element. A wine to enjoy with food or on its own, I tend to lean towards using wines like this for those tricky vegetable courses white asparagus, artichoke and squash. Classic Artichokes á la Barigoule would be perfect.

Pick up this and all the wines from Purple Hands here.
