The pure, varietal black currant of Barossa Cabernet is evident immediately on the nose and then there are other notes of dark chocolate and ripe plum. The palate is generous and medium-weight with subtle tannin and oak contributions supporting the fruit. A wine that will suit medium-term cellaring.
