Reschke Vitulus Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Fans of old-fashioned Coonawarra will lap this wine up with its punchy dark berry fruits and firm tannin backbone. It’s not the finest or most complex example of Coonawarra but carries plenty of power and concentration. Deep ruby in colour, it opens with waves of classic choc laced dark berry fruits with layers of cedary, leafy complexity. The palate is then chunky and full-bodied, with significant but balanced tannins supporting a finish of good length. Enjoy with a T-Bone steak, cooked over hot coals.
