Made in the traditional method, the wine opens with baked apple pie, lemon creamsicle and grapefruit segments.  Showing it’s extended lees aging in its shortbread biscuit, pastry tart shell and roasted almond aromas. There is bee pollen and chamomile on the finish with a slight honeysuckle sweetness of dosage on the final note. Drink now and serve with a cheesy cob loaf and be the star of the party. Everyone, I repeat, everyone loves a cob loaf.
