Riversdale Estate Shark Point Pinot Noir 2025

Share

The cool climate influence of this very southern vineyard in Tasmania, overlooking Shark Point, is clearly evident. It’s a wine of tremendous finesse, but there is power here and as such, sits neatly into the Pinot blueprint for the finest Pinots. It’s medium-bodied, yet there is ample structure from its slightly firmish tannins and well-weighted oak. The palate has a slightly chewy mouthfeel with bright red fruits. It’s long and sustained, with almost relentless power. Will handle extended cellaring, and yet it is drinking so wonderfully well now.
