A generous and bold statement of Barossa Shiraz from this cooler and sometimes challenging vintage. Deeply layered with a maze of dark plum, blackberry and rich, opulent chocolate, sprinkled with a little black pepper and spice. It is remarkably elegant and velvety smooth with the seamless integration of fruit, oak and tannins a feature. Delicious.
