A blend of 85% grenache from fifty-year-old vineyards and 15% mataro from 45-year-old vineyards, this wine is clear pale salmon pink in the glass and has rose petal elegance, savoury rhubarb and red cherry ripeness on the nose. Light enough for lunch and moreish enough for another bottle, it’s creamy, fleshy and textural, and fruit-driven with strawberries and cream in bounds.
