This 2023 Polish Hill Riesling is embryonic and finely tuned, with expressive aromas of musk, spice and blossom. The palate is then compact and focussed, tight citrus flavours with excellent drive and intensity build up to a stony, spicy finish. Classy and will improve significantly in bottle.
