Seppeltsfield ‘The Easting’ Barossa Shiraz 2019

Share

So much to love in this wine from the Eden Valley with a magical combination of power and detail. Bright deep ruby in colour, it offers up heady spice, bay leaf and roasted meat aromas over powerful blackberry and black olive with high quality oak in tow. The palate is a little more plush than expected with jam and compote fruit flavours given impact by juicy acidity. Ripe tannins come in on the finish to tighten up the palate and provide a long, chewy finish. A super wine and favourite in the ‘Grounds’ range.
