Shadowfax Midhill Chardonnay 2024

Midhill Vineyard is planted on deep volcanic red soils at an elevation of 550 meters above sea level. A flicker of reduction the wine shows sparkler dust, toasted coconut and ripe lemons. A wealth of sunny peaches, the fruit unfolds in heavily laden drapes. There are more tropical notes to come, some mango and apricot too. The richness of new oak provides ample support to a very generous and cohesive wine. Everything you love about Chardonnay and the Macedon Ranges pedigree of premium fruit is here.
