The estate’s introductory Pinot Noir that collects a range of clones across its Oakbank vineyard. Winemaking with partial whole bunch, whole berry, wild ferments, and the estate practice of 10 months in French barrels. It’s a pure, glossy cherry colour, fragrant with crushed red fruits and, along the same lines, juicy in the palate as well. Clear and precise Pinot characters with lovely, lighter tannins. Very easy to enjoy on its own, or in summer lunch mode.
