A bright and fresh opening of pure Savvy on the nose with notes of gooseberry, dried herbs and light tropical fruit. The palate is lively and intense with a pure chalky acidity driving favours of grassy tropical fruit through to a long finish.

If sentenced to death, her last meal would be freshly baked bread and salted butter paired with a glass of the best wine in the world - chardonnay of course.
