RockBare The Clare Riesling 2020

The 2020 Clare Valley vintage was a bit unusual and it has crafted rieslings that aren’t going to need years in a cellar to soften – they are ready to drink right now. This example is a pretty, pale colour before it launches into a range of complex fruits; from guava and pear through to the more traditional citrus and lime. The palate is also a richer style but still well balanced with chalky acidity. Match it up with salmon cutlets for optimal drinking.
