St Hallett Faith 2025

Share

St Hallett is a faithful household name to many, my extended family included and it is the Faith Shiraz that I have come to know and love for its consistency and generosity. Like a familiar hug it embraces you with soft plums, blackberries and dark cherries. Some bracken of woody herbs thyme and oregano. Tannins are always kept fine and powdery but provide enough foundation for it to age confidently even when forgotten in the depth of cellars for a number of years. It’s full and plush and really everything you are looking for when you seek out Barossa Valley frequently, for its price tag allows you to enjoy it for all occasions. I recommend drinking now or within 3-5 years. A spaghetti bolognese or cottage pie is the perfect comfort combo.
