Stonehaven Limited Vineyard Release Padthaway Pinot Noir 2025

A more serious iteration of Pinot Noir, this comes from vineyards in the Padthaway region. The colour is garnet/russet. An intriguing and quite savoury style of Pinot, there is good intensity throughout, with a supple texture. On the nose, we have notes of mushrooms, warm earth, freshly unearthed beetroot and cranberries. The wine is of decent length with quite fine, sleek tannins and good focus. For drinking over the next six to eight years.
