Sweetwater Shiraz Cabernet 2023

Share

A well balanced wine in almost every vintage I have tried, the blackberry Cabernet whispers of creeping ivy and sage with the extending and welcome greeting of Shiraz red fruit and flexible palate weight. It’s still a medium bodied wine but with fine sandy tannins and old school pencil box and licorice straps for good measure. A wine that would please drinkers young and old. Best paired with a family sized chunky beef pie. Just great stuff. Will evolve with another 5-8 years in the cellar.
