A wine that displays quite a plush texture, albeit more in the medium- to full-bodied zone. It’s sourced from the Adelaide Hills, so the cooler climes certainly influence the release of a mix of red cherry and plum with a liberal sprinkle of pepper and spice. It’s seamlessly integrated with fine, precise tannins and a gentle oak influence helping to control a poised finish. Has a lovely textural mouthfeel and is ideally suited for drinking in the relatively shorter term.
