Gorgeous aromatics immediately impress – warm spice, dark plum and dried herbs. There is a prettiness to the wine, expressing the beauty of well-made Syrah in the region. A portion of ripe stems were included in the ferment which adds a sappy and juicy textural intrigue to the palate. Tannins are fine and silky – fruit purity and elegance are the winners here. Dark, ethereal, and quite a beauty.
