Sweetwater Shiraz 2023

The Sweetwater always provides this lilac and lavender lift against the core of wild raspberry and blackberries. Driven by forceful but long stretched acidity and with plenty of tangible boysenberry flavour along for the ride. There is black pepper and clove with some brooding cardamom and carob undertones. It’s a smooth and enjoyable sip at every turn. Drink now or cellar for another 3-5 years. This would show off the rich spices of a semi sweet Massamam curry.
