Taylors St Andrews Clare Valley Shiraz 2020

Share

A nicely ripe mix of blackberries and plump blueberries. There is a svelte chocolatey tone to this wine, melting on your tongue as you sip. Backed by some rich spice of carob, coffee liquor and paprika spice. The middle palate demonstrates a presence of red fruit too, dotted with redcurrants and the tartness of cranberry acidity. Tannins are super fine and the wine finishes with that mocha cream note, allowing for long pauses between sips to savour. Go for slow cooked lamb here, it will match the decadency of the wine.
