Pinot grigio is an incredibly versatile wine. It seems delicate and subtle but these are wines that grow given the right plate of food to match. This is a great example. Straight out of the bottle it has some pretty floral and pear fruits plus crisp acidity and a lingering finish – juicy and easy to drink. But with some well-chosen food it hits new heights. The wine is delicious on its own, as a crisp white wine, but better with some creamy seafood pasta. Exclusive to ALDI.
